That's pretty funny. Kinda like those medicinal commercials that speed-rattle known side-effects: "Don't take if you're pregnant, know someone who's pregnant, or come w/in 10 yards of someone who's pregnant! Symptoms include diarrhea, projectile vomiting, etc." I heard this 1 (oxcidicyl?) that was an allergy medicine, & it rattled off this string that translated, seemed to say that fewer Afro-americans would die from its use. It was that 1 w/the guy trying to catch his little bulldog. I don't have allergies, so I don't recall it verbatim.
