Oh, the mormon is/isn't christian battle going on here in the mormon state... UGH! What is sad is both sides can't see that they're BOTH WRONG!

When I watched a few of the debates, I was completely frustrated when the discussion was led into personal beliefs. I don't disagree that what a person believes is important in analyzing the whole candidate, but that we can tell by the background provided about the candidate, and what comes out in his own personal rhetoric. But when they got into this "raise your hand if you believe in evolution" nonsense, you KNOW there are those who will lie...hide it...or may have zero god beliefs at all and just tell the voting base what they want to hear. I would bet there are many more non-believers in politics than the religious care to know about. It's all about giving the voters what they want to hear. How many politicians actually live up to their word? How many politicians are HONEST? Honest politicians...now that is an oxymoron!
