Bureaucracy is paralysing. I often remain inert about things rather than face it. For me bureacracy breeds both frustration and enertia.
It is paralysing in the way that it keeps you at a standstill and prevents one from doing what they want to do. But I feel the need to speak up and try to change things and at least try to make things better somehow.
